– this experiment worked quite well with the students at the university, because the message was easy and they were curious what random fact they will be given.

– also the discussions I had after with the participant were a success. most of them got the message and they also said: “it’s just a random fact you gave me, so what could I do for it?”

– “Maybe being the rubbish means you are the lucky one. because the selected one will be eaten.” that’s what albert said and I think it has its point.

– situation at the market with the lady and the crab made me think: they don’t value the food they have

– the animals are still alive and they treat them like rubbish

– the food is not nicly presented

– hongkongers like it to be fresh and this works through living animals

– in my performance I will show the situation of the crab and the lady. key message “value the food you have”

– discussion: is it easier to perform a living animal and to get emapthy than performing something like a noodle?
